Yet to be delivered?
In the unlikely event of you not receiving your order, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected shipping partners.
It is the duty of our shipping partners to ensure that your item is swiftly delivered.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
